Pina Colada Punch

Pina Colada Recipe for Groups

Ingredients:

small wedges for garnish
wedge of fresh pineapple
2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups light Rum
2 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
8 ounces canned cream of coconut

Directions:

Put the cream of coconut, the pineapple juice, and the rum and transfer into a blender and cream until smooth. Pour the punch to a large pitcher. Add the ice cubes and garnish the punch with the pineapple wedge. Make in batches if necessary. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish each drink with a pineapple wedge.
