Ingredients:

75 cl Champagne
25 cl Creme de Cassis
5 cl lime juice
4 tbsp clear honey
1 liter cranberry juice
1 liter soda water

Directions:

Chill Champagne and Cranberry juice. Mix all ingredients and serve.
