Mint Julep Martini

Ingredients:

24 fresh mint leaves
4 tbs Simple Syrup
Crushed ice
8 oz Vodka
4 sprigs of mint for garnish
4 martini glasses, cold

Directions:

Combine mint leaves and simple syrup and ice at the bottom of a shaker. Muddle with the handle of a wooden spoon. Shake lightly. Strain into martini glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs. Repeat process twice to make two batches with four servings.
