Banana Rum Fizz

Ingredients:1 cup softened vanilla ice cream1/2 cup chopped banana 1 oz crème de cacao, or to taste 3 oz dark Rum 3/4 cup chilled club soda Directions:Add the ice cream and banana to blender and blend till smooth or desired textuure. Pour into glasses and divide alcohol evenly between the two. Give drinks a good stir and garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Serves: 2 |
