The addition of mint makes this refreshing...

Ingredients:

1 cup cracked ice
6 tbsp pineapple juice
2 Oz Gin
1 Oz white crème de menthe
1 Oz lemon juice
Sprig of mint, for garnish

Directions:

Shake all ingredients but garnish in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve into a martini or rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Serves: 1
