Caipirinha I

Brazilian Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 ounces Cachaca
Crushed ice
4 to 5 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
1 medium-size lime, cut into one-half-inch chunks

Directions:

Put the lime chunks and the sugar into rocks glass and crush together until the pulp and the juice of the limes are well macerated. Add cachaça and ice. Serves 1.
