Ingredients:2 oz. Pisco Gran Reserve Brandy1 oz. Lime Juice 1½ teaspoons of superfine sugar ½ teaspoon of egg white 2-3 Dashes of Bitters Directions:Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Pour and serve. Garnish with a lime twist. Serves: 1 |
