A Classic and Refreshing Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Superfine Sugar
10 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Hot Water
3 Tbsp Bourbon

Directions:

Tear up mint leaves and add them to a glass with the sugar. Bruise them with a muddler. Add hot water and continue to muddle. Add Hot water and stir. Put all in a highball glass half full with ice and add bourbon. Enjoy!
