Ingredients:

1 tsp Simple Syrup
1/4 cup crushed pineapple with juice
2 oz Vodka

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
