Ingredients:

1/4 cup chilled heavy cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
3/4 cup hot strong Coffee

Directions:

Whip the cream until it forms thick peaks. Set aside. Add the irish whiskey to a warm coffee mug and fill the remainder of the mug 3/4 full with coffee. Top with whipped cream. Garnish whith cocoa powder if desired.
