Coquito is Traditonal Puerto Rican Eggnog made with coconut milk. Try it, it is delicious!

Ingredients:

½ tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
½ cup water
1 cup Rum
14 oz condensed milk
15 oz can of cream of coconut
30 oz coconut milk
4 eggs
sugar to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well with an exlectic mixer or blender. Store in the refrigerator. Serve in small glass cups. Enjoy!
