Campari Grapefruit Granita

Ingredients:

16 Oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup of Campari

Directions:

Combine juice and sugar in a pot and heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Remove from heat, add the Campari and pour into a wide, shallow container. Place in freezer and about every hour bring it out, whisk to break up any solids and refreeze until set (it will probably take a few hours depending on your freezer). Chill glasses before serving. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a grapefruit section.
