Frozen Mint Julep

Ingredients:

Mint sprigs for garnish
1/2 cup Bourbon
25 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup Simple Syrup
3 cups ice

Directions:

Macerate the leaves in the sugar at the bottom of a glass. In a blender combine the simple syrup, ice, and bourbon and blend until ice is smooth. Rub the rims of tall glasses with orange segments and dip glass rims in sugar. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
