Golden Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz Ginjuice of 1 lemon or lime
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp superfine sugar
seltzer water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake very well. Strain and top off with seltzer water.
