A Classic Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

Juice and Rind of Half a Lime
3 Tbsp Gin
Soda Water

Directions:

Fill a glass with ice half-way and sqeeze lime over ice. Put lime rind in cup and add gin and stir. Top with Soda.

Serves: 1
