Essence of Orange
Ingredients:
8 oz Gin8 oz Cointreau
1 lime, juiced
4 dashes orange bitters
8 sugar cubes
1 bottle chilled Champagne
Directions:
Put all ingredients but gin and sugar cube into a cocktail shaker and mix well. Put one cube of sugar in each glass. Divide alcohol mixture evenly between glasses. Top off with champagne. Cheers!
